I figured out a workaround. Keep in mind, I am using Mod Organizer. Download the mod manually. Create a new folder on your desktop (I named it GOT Weapons) Extract the contents of the manually downloaded mod into that new folder. (At this point the 'GOT Weapons' folder on your desktop should contain a 'data' folder, inside that should be the esp and bsa from the mod) Right click on the GOT Weapons folder and select 'add to GOT Weapons.rar' When the newly created rar file appears on your desktop, drag it to the 'downloads' window in MO (right side pane) and install as you would any other mod. (If you like, before installing, once it is in the downloads window, you can right click it, select 'query info' and enter the mod file number 86744, this way it will link to this mod's page on Nexus. If it prompts you to choose between diffferent versions, select the V4 version.) Hope this helps anyone with install issues.
